"This company is a scam, they do nothing for you. They just have a website that has the ds-11 form on it and you do all the work. I called the passport agency told me they were a scam after I didn't receive my passport in the time that they told me I would. There are legitimate companies that do all the legwork for you, but this is not one of them. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Complete ripoff!"
"ZERO STARS! Not only was the information filled out wrong for a minor on their recommendation on HOW to fill it out, but the pictures were also not to spec. We went to the passport office to have everything signed off on and they wouldn't accept any of it. We had to redo it all and wasted the $200+ for nothing. Also, even after we didn't continue the process with RushMyPassport they have continued to send me FICTITOUS emails about the status of those orders a month after we received the passports from the other agency including document reviews and delivery confirmations of something that didn't even exist. This is a scam!"
