You need a complete overhaul. From your lack of empathy to your attitude. All the money in the world can't buy you a heart or class my dear."
"I'm not sure where to even start here: It's beyond sad that when you try to call your doctor and leave a message or ask a question you are met with very rude staff members or somebody that considers them self a "nurse". Then when you make an appointment after driving over an hour just to meet with your doctor she dismisses your concerns. A lot of her appointments have ran behind. And I don't just mean 30 minutes. I have waited over an hour when I have had a scheduled appointment to see Dr. Booth. And my time is just as valuable as hers, if you're appointments are running behind, then I don't think it's too much to ask to have one of your staff members call your patience and let him know that, especially when I am driving such a distance for your service. It's very hard to speak with somebody who's face doesn't move to show any kind of expressions about your concerns or comments or questions. I think it would be much easier for me to feel as if this doctor truly cared if she would lay off the Botox, maybe then her face would move a little and I could tell. She really really really needs to work on her rude staff and her bedside manner. I do not recommend!"
