"Our project took much longer than initially promised. (2-5 day install took over a month). The biggest issues besides timeline were that Details were not attended to—as in paint over spray still on inside of cabinets in places, on walls and trim we were not planning to paint, but will now have to, some chipped and split plywood where cuts were made or holes drilled and not filled, a few of the drawers pull out at different lengths. We had to have revisions to some of the cabinets to fit our appliances (stove) that were on site and available for measuring throughout the project. This was a month without a kitchen after demo, not just waiting on demo/install. After this extended period of time, we had to end the project with Shannon on what was supposed to be final day of clean-up and details when he said he didn’t have enough time to complete the project that day and would have to come back. After nearly a month longer than expected we could not continue waiting and eating out every night. We hired Shannon after seeing these reviews—and reviews on houzz—and an on-site interview. Shannon was very nice but our experience with his work does not reflect most of the reviews here."

"We hired Shannon to build a custom built-in (a big one!) for our living room. The project became complex during the installation due to the beam and pillar locations. However, Shannon worked on every details and the end result was above expectations. We are really satisfied with the gorgeous piece he made. The built-in has literally changed the view of our living room and all credit goes to him. He’s very detail oriented, understood what we are wanting and gives priority to the work. If you want someone who takes pride of his deliverables and takes time until the piece is at perfection, then Shannon is your guy. He’s very clean and tidy with his work, incorporates new ideas, and always respects client’s privacy. Based on the other quotes we had received, he‘s not the cheapest, but the time and effort he spent, it’s well worth it. No doubt he will do more projects for us."
