Kelly very quickly matched colour and pattern and had it ordered in no time, but it wasn't convenient for me to get the truck to her for several months. No fuss was made, and once I did have the opportunity to get it over there, she even stayed a little later, on a day with terrible weather. The repair was started the next working day and done within the day. I am very satisfied with the result; if I had not arranged the repair myself I'd never suspect any repair was even performed. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I won't even consider anywhere else in the San Antonio area."

"Don't bother, they are too busy. I needed a driver seat reupholstered. I went in to have them look at it. We agreed on some leather that would match, and they gave me a quote. They told me they were pretty busy, but would call me in a couple of months when they were ready. 3 months later, I never heard a word. I called them and they found my paperwork. They said they were pretty busy, but would call me back to let me know when they could get me in. It's been 2 months, and no word. Terrible service."

"Needed a replacement cover for the center console lid in my 2013 Acura. I removed the mechanism, detached and cleaned up the underbelly of the lid and they installed new material with cushion at a bargain price. Stitching and workmanship was superb. Highly recommended."
