"This is the worst office I have ever visited. They failed to send me the paperwork for my Visa then blamed me for it. I talked to the manager of the office who further blamed me for not having the paperwork completed that was never sent to me. They truly hate their jobs and the management hates his job also. He hates his wife, his kids, his dog, and the San Antonio Spurs."

"I would recommend avoiding that particular office, as it seems the lady working there may not prioritize your needs. Instead, I highly recommend visiting Lackland or Randolph offices, where you may receive better assistance. It's possible that the lady in question may not be suitable for her current job role."

"Just be prepared that the people who work in this office really REALLY hate their jobs....possibly their lives. They are always rude, exasperated, and annoyed that they have to help anyone. Take a deep breath before your appointment."

"We called two days prior and left a voicemail with name and number to make an appointment as asked. We never received a call back and decided to stop by. There was another family waiting there and shortly after we arrived a kind woman from the office next door informed us the passport office staff had left at 11:30 AM for a picnic. The family there for their appointment wasn’t made aware of this at all and it was of great inconvenience to everyone. I’m appalled by such horrible service in a military establishment of all places."

"While attempting to photograph the sign outside of the office, I accidently touched (knocked) on the door. The individual who greeted me was rude, sarcastic and angry I disturbed him. After pointing out the sign he closed the door."
