"Finally, a rep who actually does their job! Desiree is top notch, and more of her are needed at this particular office. We had been told several times, “you’ll have to contact this company/person for that information,” which we knew was wrong. Of course, you get different answers when calling someone vs physically showing up so we took a trip. When we walked in, Desiree took action, and found solutions to the issues we were having. She did not give an excuse as to why she was unable to do things, instead, she found ways to get answers. Hoping she stays around a while!"

"I stay on top of my reviews because word of mouth is everything to me. This is a real profile rather than a fake one trying to slander honest, hard workers, that you have. I'll even call tomorrow round lunch to seal my good-word for this business.. Jennifer is the reason I stick with State Farm, also being it's convenient to me, but she helped me understand my bundle I didn't previously have with yall, making my insurance bundle so much simpler. Anytime I have questions I always receive a call back from her in a timely fashion with professionalism that oozes what Mr.Shelly yearns for. I enjoy the good folks and am always treated right, so any review stating Ms.Byrd "isn't decent", is wrong. She's a good friend, but an even better provider when it comes to me and my family knowing our insurance is in the right hands. Keep it up Jennifer, you're doing something right if you have fake accounts spitting jealousy. I'll be talking to Mr Shelly tomorrow via phone call. - a real state farm customer of 3 years now"

"Horrible experience with Jennifer Bird. The birds outta take her job for being so rude. Shelley is good people but it seems like the old lady has more control over his people than he does. It’s a shame really I went with GEICO because of her."

"I've had my insurance through these folks sense I moved to Clarksville about 6 years ago and I've always been pleased with them. I'm sure you could probably find cheaper insurance elsewhere but you won't find better or be able to pickup the phone and on average be talking to a real person (like Jennifer!!) In under 30 seconds. Jennifer was able to handle my needs quickly and professionally, she took all the relevant information and then called back quickly and explained coverage and had everything emailed to me.
