"Realiant is the worst property management company. I've live at this property for 7 years. My kitchen had over flood every time the upstairs neighbor washed dishes. Their dirty dish water flood over the sink counter and floors. The bath tub never drains, they refuse to do lawn work our bushes have grown to the second story. The fire alarm has been broken for 3 years. I hate renting from them."

"I enjoyed getting to view the apartment I looked at, being able to view with just a code to unlock door was also very accommodating. Just hope I will be approved to rent because I'm so tired of living out of a hotel. So ready to have a home for my family and I with all of our stuff and belongings. "I live at 2133 will fant apt 5. It’s not the greatest apartment in the world but pricing is fair. Office is very reasonable with rent circumstances. And overall a quiet and peaceful experience. I’m never disturbed as long as I keep paying my rent on time. And maintaining the property is easy. Do your own home evaluations and nice staff"

"I didn’t want to do this. I tried giving another chance to this company after the way they did me earlier this year. But after this time, people deserve to know. I’ve viewed 3 locations in town this month and they’ve all 3 had roaches. Literal roaches. Not water bugs. The last place I went, some of the roaches were even still alive. I brought this to their attention and received no response. Earlier this year, we were told we were approved for a gorgeous 4 bedroom that we really wanted. We were told that when the big freeze of December-February happened, that pipes burst and had caused damages. We were willing to wait for the repairs. We made very clear that we were accepted. Rachel and Maddie both told us numerous times that we were in fact accepted. We even tried to put a hold deposit on it while waiting for repairs to be finished. They gave us some bogus reason as to why we couldn’t go ahead and make deposit or sign the lease. But told us once the repairs were finished, that we could sign for it. It went from 2 weeks to almost 3 months worth of waiting. We called after the first 2 weeks and we’re told it would be another week, and to call back in 7 days to check the progress. This repeated every week for a little over 2 months. One of the last times we called, they told us it would for sure be ready within the week. We again confirmed that we’d been approved for the place and were again told that yes we had been approved. Then the day came that we were supposed to go sign the lease. But then we called to see what time we were to come to the office and do it; only to be told that we had misunderstood and that we were denied for the place. Despite being told at least 9 times that we were approved. If we had been denied why would they even be telling us to call back and check. When I approached Rachel over this, she asked if I had proof of them saying we were approved and tried to say we misunderstood. So I sent her emails that were literally from her and texts from either her or Maddie (company phone number so not really sure which of the two we were texting) saying that we had been approved. Never heard anything back. That house stayed on market about 6 more months after that. So after that , and then after walking into a house only to be greeted by roaches, I will not be doing anymore business with them"

"They are always very helpful when I need a little extra time to pay my rent. They are also quick to help with emergency maintenance issues, we had our kitchen faucet break and it started flooding our kitchen. They had someone come out that same day and fix it."
