"I just came out of this facility, I waited because I basically was a walk in, however got there and a lady completed everything I needed, up until I needed to submit the payment, My card declined due to me not having $4.46 for the service fee, the entire amount in my account besides that service fee was in my account. The lady said it declined, of course, but I always check my account to make sure it doesn’t take, I’m trying to explain that it took the funds, but the $4.46.. Now the lady is Asking me “Do I want to pay or not “ in a NASTY WAY, my attitude instantly came about because YOU WILL NOT BE RUDE TO ME, I WAS POLITE and barely even said a word the entire time. Is that how you treat NEW RESIDENTS ???? We submitted the payment the second time after the first payment was took and YES IT APPROVED, but they took $200 from me, now I have to dispute!!! It shouldn’t have did that, need to check the systems, and notice that the funds were taken but the processing takes time, LET CUSTOMERS. KNOW AHEAD OF TIME… At the end of the day, God is always good, and I’m going to continue having a wonderful day. I wish I knew her name I would RESPECTFULLY PLACE IT IN THE REVIEW. Because don’t be rude when I was not rude to you! Thank you !"

"MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to be in and out in 10 minutes. Taking the advice of another reviewer, I made an appt for registration and new plates and arrived 30 min early. The room was packed and overflowing. I checked in with my phone number at the kiosk and my number was the next to be called - before everyone else already waiting. I even got a text message when it was called. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and back home BEFORE my scheduled appt time! No other number was called until I was walking out the door and it was the next number in sequence immediately following mine - for another appointment. Again, before anyone else in the room."
