"I have been going to this post office for almost 10 years. Generally been very happy with the service. Unfortunately, in the last few weeks, an employee by the name of Vic has become confrontational and changed demeanor. This morning, after I waited in line for almost 20 minutes, he refused service, said he can only help me after 10 am. He just made up his own rules and and when I reminded him that I have been doing the same exact transaction for years, he lied and said he computer comes own at 10 am. I went to the end of an even longer line and waited so someone could help me."

"Fingerprints. Went there twice and they said “the guy” that does it was not available and asked me to call before going. If you call, nobody picks up. Fingerprints for identify records (FBI) isnt something you’re doing just for fun. In my case is for visa to another country. Why have a phone then? (I called 11 times yesterday, different times, and 9 times today)"

"I traveled to this location twice on Saturday January 13. The parking lot was full and cars were parked on the side by the drive through maildrop. I was unable to get in there to mail my package. It is unreal how busy this location is. Something needs to be done to bring an additional location to Frisco for the surrounding area near Stonebrook Drive. I think hours should be extended on Saturdays to perhaps 3:00p.m; however, I don't know if this would help due to the massive number of people trying to utilize this location for postal services."

"I recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter with USPS staff (Vic and Other Guy). Their rudeness and arrogance were beyond disappointing. It's disheartening to see a lack of respect for customers. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially in a service-oriented industry. USPS should take this matter seriously. For the last four months, numerous people have voiced their complaints and posted negative reviews. It's high time USPS addresses these concerns and takes appropriate action regarding both of them"

"The Indian employee VIC needs to be fired! Worst customer service ever! Extremely rude. Walked off with my ID & was gone for a long time. Who knows what he was doing with it. Came back & rudely said I'm not getting the services that I already paid for. Told me to leave & go somewhere else. I walked away, got a picture & video of him. Said he was calling 911 & left his customer at the counter. I went to the side door to speak with a supervisor & he was in back of him with his phone taking pictures & recording me & my son. The supervisor Joe told him to stop. Vic came around to where my son & I were standing & continued taking pictures & recording us. His customer was still waiting at the counter. He didn't care about the supervisor & did whatever he wanted to. The supervisor said that he wished he could fire him but can't because of the union. Something needs to be done about the employees at this location. Unacceptable behavior!"
