"The Dr was great. The service fees beyond what Medicaid would pay for my kid's prescription was RIDICULOUS. There was no notification on their website or anything about it, it was a sneak charge. They then billed Medicaid incorrectly, DID NOT NOTIFY ME, and got the notification from the insurance that it was coded incorrectly. I called to check up on this information and they had the nerve to ask me how it was incorrectly coded. I don't work in medical billing. I am not happy with the overall level of service and care BEYOND what the doctor provided. I will be canceling my other kid's appts. At this point, I will just be asking for the prescription so I can go elsewhere to get the glasses. Our initial appt was over 3 weeks ago."

"I've been coming to this eye doctor for 4 years and never had a problem until NOW. It's been about 3 weeks since I placed an order for my glasses. No major thing should be made in them. I never once got a call or update that they were going to be late or backed up. I had to call. I had family members who had went else where for glasses and got them within days and had more stuff done on them. I've been calling, and they keep saying they still need "time." I still don't get for what, ok? You need time. Why don't they give me a follow up. Instead, I have to call. The manager said it was something about my insurance. I called my OWN insurance, and they told me I should've had them. Worst. Won't be coming back."

"I honestly have never been ever to see correctly out of my glasses until now. The tech helped me pick out my glasses and they are a perfect fit. I see just as well out of glasses as my contacts. I've used them 2 years in a row"

"I previously went to this location a year ago, it was okay. I had to return 3 times before my prescription was right waited 3weeks on contacts. I scheduled another appointment for this year. I am not sure if they switched doctors but they are over pricing on contacts exam. I went to 2 different eye doctors to see if they charges are the same and they are not. Much cheaper and quicker. I don’t like when people try to take advantage of customers. I have insurance and they wanted to double charge me. I will never return to this location. Please find another eye doctor this Eye Dr is not the one."
