"We checked into the room Friday night, the lady at the desk was really nice. We checked out Sunday morning in was treated as if we was not supposed to stay at this hotel because we are African American’s. We was charged 35.00 worth of bar charges that we didn’t charge to the room, and when we stop at the desk to ask about those charges the front desk agent Christopher Campbell treated us poorly. I asked for the GM contact he stated that the only way to talk to he or she was through email. He need more training on how to treat people that is not the same race as he. If you are African American this just may not be the place for you. I will never booked another stay at this property."

"Unmatched service! The facilities are beautiful, location is great and the all important breakfast buffet was off the hook! Pali was the most friendly and attentive waiter I've had in years. A real great engaging guy that must have filled up my coffee cup 100 times as I was catching up with a dear college friend over a 3 hour breakfast. Thank you for a great stay...everyone from Meg at the front desk to Pali made sure I'll be coming back!"

"Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! We visited to celebrate my cousin's birthday and were blown away by the exceptional service provided by Tiffany. Not only did she upgrade our room, but she also surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. The hotel restaurant is just as outstanding, with delicious food and top-notch service from our waitress. Highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion or simply a fantastic getaway!"

"We stayed at The Worthington for one night while visiting Fort Worth. From the lobby, it seemed like a pretty nice hotel. However, for a four star hotel, the rooms were average at best. For a Marriott (and the price point), this was extremely unimpressive. At check-in, we inquired about the government rate for the hotel and were told that we could apply it to our next stay but not this one… prior to even swiping the card and paying. Just overall not great customer service. In addition, the walls are paper thin - you can hear your neighbor’s conversation and every noise from the hallway. The hot water in the shower lasted for maybe a minute or two before getting cold. After returning to our room around 10pm, the whole floor reeked of marijuana and could be smelled from our room. Lastly, while moving the pillows on the bed, I felt something sharp and noticed I had a scratch on my hand that was bleeding. Upon further inspection I saw that a metal piece of the zipper was sticking out of the pillow. Very alarming - I’m glad I didn’t lay on it as it could have been much more serious. Total safety hazard. Overall, past the fancy lobby this is just an overpriced basic hotel."
