The lady that was supposed to help us seemed lost on what to do , and basically was asking us how to fill out the paperwork all the while checking her email and taking personal calls . We ended up leaving without using their service . When I emailed to follow up with the owner she seemed like it was normal for her employee..."

"Amazing and professional service!. A few months back I found about IRATEX when I needed urgent passports for my kids for an urgenttravel . Passports via the regular methods had a wait time of about 10-12 weeks, which wasnt going to cut it for us. Then I learnt that I could directly apply for same day service at the passport office during the last weeks before the travel. But I just couldnt get an appointment . After spending several hours on the phone for a week unsuccessfully, I decided to get a passport expediting service. Most or the big name services had remote offices either never took my phone call or the customer service was very unhelpful. If they cant even answer my queries before I paid them, then I felt I couldnt trust them on handling things if anything went wrong. I was afraid to put my trust in them since the initial impression that I got from them was not very friendly and approachable. But then I was driving by and came across IRATEX office in euless in a nondescript small office. I initially hesitated. But Denise was surprisingly very professional, knowlegeable and patiently answered all my queries and explained how she could help. It was also reassuring for me to know that she has been running this small operation for about 40 years. The fees were very reasonable compared to the other places. She provided several valuable advise and made the passport expediting a breeze. She gave specific ETAs regarding the passports and was able to hit each of those in a timely fashion. And we got our passports and had a wonderful trip. I am glad they were in my neighborhood. I highly recommend them for passport and visa services."
