"Not real satisfied with Susan and the efforts she claims to have made- if I have to call my insurance company before I go out of town - and while I'm waiting on the phone Ms Susan gets the same call- maybe somebody should or could have said something more than "I'm just too busy to call them back because I ping the script and didn't run it and no it won't go thru- with out smiling at me like it's my problem - Hello! You got the call from united, you got the call from my doctor, and why I drove there 3 different times to do y'all's job I just don't get-together especially after my bank account gives several hundred dollars a month to you....there's nothing funny about this- so why a smart remark would come from her when I asked for script back just shows that customer service isn't a department- ITS AN ATTITUDE!"

"Excellent Service! I have been going there since I moved to Clarksville (14 years ago). Not only are they professional but it is so nice to go "Where they always know your name!" Almost too good to be true in this day and age. ..they go beyond the call of duty! Reminds me of the corner drug store of my youth...only thing missing is a soda fountain!!"

"Was using them for years, they would always give us a discounted rate. Then slowly started getting the price wrong & I'd have to correct them. Then one day they just decided I wasn't gonna get a discount anymore literally out of nowhere. And completely denied giving me one to begin with after coming there for years?? It made no sense! So I switched to Walmart who is not only wayyyyy cheaper but also accepts discount cards unlike med shop!"
