"the night of march 4th/5th overnight the employee decided to mark us as a no show . We had called ahead to let him know that we would be late after which did not let us stay or even offered us to stay either on the phone call or the inperson interaction (for payment we are not expecting anything for free) we ended up having to sleep at a walmart parking lot with a child that was sick in the car.They did this knowing full and well we could not check in at anyother hotel at 5 am, because check in I found the earliest was at 12 pm and by then I didnt need the hotel. That was not ok . You could at least offered and said for $X you can rent out a room. I only needed it for a few hours. We drove all night. We needed a few hours of rest and a shower. There was no sense of hospitality no professionalism. I could tell he didnt care about business either. We did tell him if he was ok with leaving us in the streets, didnt even empathize. Just stone cold."

I honestly will recommend this hotel to anyone just traveling from out of state anyone just looking for a nice comfortable place to stay for a getaway from life.I love the staff they are very kind and nice and own point from the front desk to housekeeping to security.And this is my honest opinion nothing I made up. Check it out for yourself you will see what I'm saying. The only disappointment I have with this hotel is the pool is not open yet and that's only because it's not time for it so I can only imagine when it's time for a nice dip in the 7 foot pool when it open."

"Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean, and the service from the front desk was always kind, fast, and made me feel very welcomed. Prices were also very nice. This place is great especially in comparison to how sketchy the other two places next door are.. Would definitely recommend, and will likely be back in the future!"

"This location, I believe is doing the best they can. They are building. The people at the front desk are accommodating. I DO understand why not taking the breakfast back to your room is not allowed. It is not something you do at home. However, what kind of disturbs me is Housekeeping pretending they do not speak English when I've heard them speak English fluently over radio. I also grew up in an area that wasn't always pleasant. Here I've Even had a sweater stolen from me out of the washer and dryer they provide. But, when they are few attempting to provide comfort, and we are many looking for comfort at a discount, there are some things that have to be swallowed. If you do not like this place, try the Super 8 next door and share your experience there. In fact, I've stayed there as well. OMG. Nasty! Literally Indescribable stains on the walls and smells coming from the beds. No laundry self service and you cannot use the restroom in the lobby. I didn't dare try breakfast."

"Very bad experience! Our room key didn’t work any of the days. We had to make numerous walks to the front office to get new room key and still didn’t work. People run through the halls all night and we couldn’t sleep. Horrible weed smell everywhere and front ladies were rude. Don’t stay in this hotel. Cigarette burns on the sheets even though it was a non smoking room. Pay a little more for a better stay. You won’t get any sleep"
