The mattress I bought for $ 700 start to sag starting the first week and in three weeks I can’t rotate it anymore. No refund no cancellation no exchange is there for reason. Oh I regret to death. How blind I’m."

"I bought a king size bed with this company and their quality is horrible. The sides of the bed started breaking off slowly and you could see the "wood" is made of cheap styrofoam carbon. The top of the dresser is also the same cheap material. I payed 2k for the set."

"Terrible, terrible customers service and furniture falls apart within 2 weeks of purchasing. We ordered a dining table from the catalog we were originally given a date of when we would be obtaining the items we ordered. They lend us their chairs. The daye came. No call no show. We called them over and over and they would tell me they would call me back a month and a week went by and we had not got the item we purchased. When i tried to cancel they would tell me no cancelation or refunds. After i explained they hadn't delivered the product i was paying for they told me i had no proof of the date they had given me. They were correct they weren't stupid yhey sure didnt write it on the paper . But i had text messages from Thomas. By the time they did deliver the chairs the table had a broken piece 2 weeks after they delivered. They said they had called a guy to come fix it. Thing that never happened. I would strongly suggest stay far, far away from this place. Its a true nightmare I'm left of paying 1366 for a broken table!"
