"Staff was nice and helpful. Room was nice enough, other than the door not closing without having to force it. Area is not good and on site security would make it feel more secure/safe. I wouldn't stay here again without some kind of security on site."

"The hotel is very clean. Staff is very knowledgeable about the area and are very friendl The front desk manager is so nice. And amazing and understanding. I forgot to recheck Back in And he did not get mad at me even when I said I was coming. And I took forever as usual he still was patient and really nice and respectful when I got to the front desk."

"First visit, staff was nice. Lobby, market and restaurant are the main highlights. Wasn't super impressed with the rooms in comparison to the aesthetic throughout. and while the hot tub was a nice amenity, there wasn't enough seating + it was small. I saw a couple walk back in disappointment due to how crowded it was. Prices were reasonable and location was decent. Oh, parking is $10 per day."

"The exterior of the hotel is updated. The food in the bar was good (bar food). The service in the hotel was friendly but not overly customer focused. The entry to rooms is a maze. The rooms are standard for lower end hotels. This looks like it was updated but not maintained after the updates. The gym was large, well equipped, and relatively clean. The exterior traffic noise is unacceptable. Upgraded windows would have gone a long way. This is definitely a travelers or construction industry hotel not a higher end Doubletree."

"Had my wedding reception here and it was MAGICAL! They did such an amazing job setting up. I had about 50 guests stay the night and they had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. The rooms are extremely clean. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Front desk is SO nice. Thank you to everyone who works here!"
