"I shipped a very important document on Thursday for overnight early delivery and paid $80 to ship. It is now Tuesday and my package still hasn't arrived at the destination!!!"

"Did not ID me for the bottle of liquor I was picking up. It had a sticker on it requiring them to by law but they disregarded it. They also charged storage fees of $10 even though we picked up same day as delivered within 6 hours. Ridiculous. We won't use this location again. Also, employee #237635 (the overweight bearded man at terminal: P0S7159B) had little to no customer service skills, UPS you have went downhill."

"I've been going to this UPS location for a few years and have never enjoyed shipping things out before. The staff is super kind and they even remember my name and ask how the family is doing. This store is literally the pinnacle of what customer service should be. I've shipped something out from Amazon and they noticed I clicked the wrong button. Rather than turning me away, they told me exactly how to handle it to make it the least stressful for me. If your shipping something out, if this location is even a little bit out of your way, it's worth going here instead."

"The best UPS store in the area! They’re always quick even when the line is long. We have been here probably 50 times this year, and never been disappointed! And they just completed our first print job with them. Had it done in less than an hour! Highly recommend this store"

"This is the place I go for all my shipping and notary public needs. Dan, the owner is always there. You will never find a more kind, decent, and joyful person. It is fun to watch him interact with the people who enter his shop. He and his team are thoughtful, diligent, and efficient. I’m in and out of there quickly, and I always feel happy when I need.
