"I wouldn't be renting from them if they hadn't bought the place I rented from in the beginning and I would have done moved if it weren't from me owning my trailer where they bought the land. They want to continue to raise our rent for things they are bettering in the trailer park we live in and from what I've seen they haven't improved anything yet and owned it for like 3 years now we don't have a regular sewer we have a poop pond the only other thing they done was put a dumpster in and the neighbors that live in front of the trailer park fill it up where we can't even put our trash in it and they don't even rent from him or anything then they got some boys to mow the yards twice a month and they don't even cut it short enough to amount to anything by the time they come back to mow it's like they are having to bush hog the place. Then the people that work for them are to busy trying to act like their you know what don't stink and they are better than others and technically your the same as I am you put your pants on the same as I do every morning and you all claim to be Christians. You better read up on somethings. We went from having to pay $120 a month lot Rent to $150 when he bought the place for their unprofessional yard work twice a month and trash service we can barely use cause everyone else and their momma uses it now starting the first of the year we will have to start paying $175 for updates in the park and things well if your going to make us pay more you need to start showing these improvements. As of right now we have had a sewage leak in the park for a week now and still no one has come to fix the problem but they are improving haha whatever you say happy holidays folks. Can't wait to move."

"Horrible is an understatement. DO NOT USE THEM. I have been trying to rent a house from them for a over a week now. First the house is for sale or rent but when I call they claim the guy really doesn’t want to rent. Then it's ok you can rent it but go see it for by yourself because we don’t want to drive a 20minutes to the house (so could not answer any of my questions while I was looking at it). Then when I decide I will get it they say come to the office to sign the lease (absolutely nowhere else but the office that closes at five). I make an appointment and drive 1hour 30 minutes to sign the lease just for them to be closed 30 minutes early and will not answer the phone. Then there’s the fact they never answer their phones and always have full Voicemails. They are the sorriest excuse for professionals (use the term loosely) I have ever seen. I am now going to rent a house that is $1,000 more a month because I can’t trust them at all. Feel real sorry for they guy that hired them to sale the house because that is never going to happen with these guys that can’t be bothered to make appointments or answer phones. AGAIN DO NOT USE!!!!"
