"So I recently just moved into one of elite reality property’s and I must say starting out I had a very hard time getting everything together with them .. But amber the property manager was hired on maybe a week before I was suppose to move into my unit and she made it her duty to make sure she got me and my baby’s in to our new home she called me back and check in with me to make sure everything was good and even though she can in on a bad note due to the other property manager leaving she did her best to make sure she took care of me and I sincerely appreciated that . We had 3 days left to get everything taking care of and she did just that … AMBER IS DEFINITELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO HER CLIENT NEEDS !!"

"I do not typically get on and do poor reviews. I try to give others the benefit of the doubt and believe that everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment. Having said that, I would be remiss if I didn’t share our negative experience with this agency. We have been using them to manage our rental home for about a year and half. Communication has been lacking from the get-go and should have been a red flag. But again, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. As our year anniversary approached, I attempted to reach out with questions about not renewing our lease. We never heard back. The year anniversary came and went and no lapse in payment was noted, so we assumed, since we were NOT notified that the lease ended and another began, that the tenants were rolling into a month to month. That apparently is not the case. We were finally able to get them on the phone and we were told that a new year lease was signed in May of this year. We, as the homeowners, were not notified. We were not provided any information about the status of our home after the previous tenants moved out. The property manager lied about informing us. My phone records don’t lie. At this point, the frustration of being lied to and taken advantage of is the most disheartening part. I do not recommend using this agency as a realty management agency."

"Great rental company . Loved the apartment , my neighbors were awesome . The maintenance crew came to replace the shower nob and repaired 2 other things on the fly . Would def rent from them again ."

"This company is holding my earnest money hostage! I tried to buy a house with cash and found out on day of closing that I would not receive the home. Keller Williams did not do their due diligence and after multiple contracts still had not checked to see who actually owned the property. This left me holding thousands in supplies and now want me to sign a disclaimer to receive my own money. Do not sign anything with this company. I read my contract, held my part, and both signed now they will not return what is mine."

"We made an appointment to see a home with Amber Brown. The property as 5 1/2 hours from our home and asked Amber to call my cell phone if something were to change. After traveling for 5 hours, we stopped for gas. My wife saw that 3 texts came in from Amber telling us that the owners signed a contract that morning so could not see the property. My wife asked why she didn't call our cell phone as we asked her to if there was a problem. She said that she did but there were no missed calls on our phone. We would NEVER recommend AMBER BROWN! We wasted 12 hours in the car, 3 tanks of gas, and over 450 miles on our vehicle! All she had to do was CALL US!"
