"I purchased a replacement part- air bag for about $160 for my sleep number bed in march 2023, there was a 30 day warranty for faulty product. The product was faulty. I called several times to have them replace it and it was still within the warranty time frame. They sent me other parts I did not need and I made it clear from the beginning that all I needed was the air bag replacement. In order to speak to a manager they had to call you back, play phone tag. Customer service was so rude, interrupted me constantly and refused to honor the warranty. I tried several times to talk to someone about their decision to not honor the warranty and although I did speak to a supervisor briefly, they told me that I needed to speak to another supervisor- the one who denied my request. When I called back to talk to the correct supervisor a customer service rep said they would not allow me to speak to the supervisor about the decision."
"We were looking for a new bed. Shopped at Sleep Number and our experience was great! Mark is not only knowledgeable but also very pleasant and welcoming. He demonstrated several mattresses and answered all our questions. We needed to do some prep work like getting rid of existing mattress and he worked diligently to accommodate. Never any pressure to close, just listened and worked with us. He accurately placed the order, insuring it matched our requirements and added any applicable promotional pricing. He also will follow up until and after delivery. Can't ask for more."
"Mark, the sales man was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and we were very satisfied. We have had two Sleep Number beds, which have been Queen size. We have decided to go with a King Size, because of some medical problems we are having."
