"Since the new management took over, tenents are moving out slowly. The on site management is incompetent and does enter units without Notice. Carpet is original and they refused to replace it, unless it is all hardwood. We have lived in the same unit for over three years and Never had issues until now. I also added a photo of the grass, it does not get mowed once a week, it gets taller than our 65 lb dog."
