"Arrogant, rude, entitled - the list goes on. Not sure why anyone would work with this man. I certainly DON'T recommend it. Probing for a local realtor, I called Mr. Simpson about selling a home in Demossvile and hoped to see a CMA. He wasn't willing to talk with me unless I told him I would be listing the home with him. So, Mr. Simpson, you're entitled to my home? I had questions about the local market. You can't talk with me unless I tell you that you'll be listing? Avoid at all costs. Did I mention he hung up on me?"
