"Only one star because I can’t give a zero…RXs called in at noon said it would be ready at 2. Went at 5 waited in line for 15 minutes and was told still not ready. Told me to get back in line and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Every Kroger pharmacy is worst than the next."

"Terrible experience(s), with service worsening over the past few months. Was told my rx would be ready 5 days ago, but it wasn't. Was told it couldn't be filled prior to today, since the clock on controlled substances is based on when I picked up. I have the rx sent in on the same date each month, so any discrepancies are a result of Kroger's past delays. Ok, so it was supposed to be filled today by 2:22PM. I was told that Monday by an employee and the app reported that date as well. Called in, still not ready... Pharmacist told me I should have two days remaining and she would fill it tomorrow. Explaining to me in a condescending tone that it is a controlled substance, which I'm well aware of, before hanging up on me. I'm pretty good at math, and actually yesterday was 30 days since my last pickup, so looks like I'm out of luck today... for a medication that results in significant withdrawal when skipped/missed. This is just the latest month, past few months have been a similar run around. This is my last fill at this location, probably last fill at any Kroger. Hope you have better results than I've had!"

"I picked up a blood pressure RX for my mother-in-law because the dosage had been changed by her doctor. The pharmacist noticed and asked if that was accurate. I was impressed by her attention to detail and that she took the time to make sure the RX was correct. The techs were very nice, courteous and effecient. I've only had good experiences at this pharmacy although occasionally the wait times are long. The staff is doing the best they can with a skeleton crew. Thank you!"
