I have been going to this pharmacy since it opened & some of the personnel came over from the Neighborhood Walmart when it closed. Each associate is personable, professional, empathetic, and down to earth. They know their stuff and are able to anticipate customers needs. Each person takes time with you no matter how many people are waiting. It is also very easy to call and speak with someone. This pharmacy team is a gem."

"Today Aug -31-2022 at 7:30 pm .I went to super warmart in Middletown. I came to the pharmacy try to ask the nurse (man) he was stand in front the computer and he see me come in and he turn around went inside. The drug store Look like he don’t want to help? That realy sad.I don’t feel real welcome to this store. Very very sad."
"The family has been trying to get our 101 year old aunt’s med from cvs at Lake Forest for two weeks. Waited over 1 1/2 hours burning $5 a gallon gas with no success twice. Kept saying the didn’t have the RX from doc. Doc office sent it three times. Got fed up and had them sent it to Walmart and got her meds within 20 minutes. They helped us navigate Medicare, etc. most helpful, caring and efficient pharmacy staff ever. Will be moving all her RX to Walmart."
