"I recently bought a farm and I'm new to the area and the gentleman who sold me his farm highly recommended Anderson for all of my equipment needs. Since then, I have probably visited there retail location six or seven times and every visit has been a great experience. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I feel as though everyone has a great work ethic and it's more than happy to help. The showroom is well organized and spotless and they have a good deal of equipment to choose from. I have worked with the service department four or five times already and they have been formative and educational and have always giving me great advice and pointed me in the right direction. "Service department is terrible. I bought a Kubota zero turn mower from the Madison, IN location. The sales experience was good. Fast forward a little less than 2 years. I took my mower in for hydraulic service, and to have an inoperative hour meter changed under warranty. The mower was used for my yard only. I own 1.5 acres and mow once per week during the cutting season. The hour meter after two seasons of mowing only reflected 50.7 hours of time which is not correct. I was told at the time of pickup that there was nothing wrong with the hour meter. I have been a certified aircraft mechanic for OVER 30 YEARS! I think that I might know when an hour meter is reading incorrectly, since most all aircraft have one. The bill at the time of checkout was never discussed, I did not realize that I had been charged $39 and change for what should have been a warranty repair until AFTER I had already paid. The itemized work order was not provided until after payment had been made. My warranty expires at the end of this month...how convenient. Sales is great, service not so much! Thank you for your response which is incorrect, I won't be back."

"Just finished my first ever mower service with Anderson and felt like I needed to hop on here quickly...First......before taking my mower in I called and asked the "turn-over" time for mower service. They responded "2 to 3 days" and they honored that. To me, that is HUGE. I value basic honesty in a business. If it is going to be a week or two weeks....just TELL ME. Second, the price. VERY reasonable....and then to top that they gave me a military discount. Lastly, courtesy. Mechanic answered all my questions about the repairs in a kind manner. A pleasant first experience. In this day and age....that is rare. Thanks folks!"

Grover has been especially kind, every time, while arranging the pickup and delivery. Jason has been very understanding and patient when I’ve had issues with my zero turn, with me trying to explain them. They’re all kind and as helpful as possible for the customer.
