"When I first moved in here I would have given it a higher rating but after living there for a year I got to see what it's really like. There is constantly a problem with the plumbing. There is favoritism. There is a lot of drama. If you live here it's best to keep to yourself and pray that when something goes wrong you can get through to get something done about it. I like the maintenance man but he's got a lot of work load for one person."
