"I spoke to Alberto, the owner, and sent him picture of my headboard that I needed fixed. He reviewed the photos and said they would be able to fix it. The next day, he came and picked up the headboard I needed work on. This was extremely helpful since I myself don’t own a truck, nor would I have been able to load this thing on my own. He picked it up on a Thursday and delivered it back to me on a Monday. I thought this was an extremely reasonable return time, and he helped me place it in the room I would need it. Overall, nice guy, great work, and I was very pleased with the final product."
