"I love the fact that they do video rentals there...also the salesman was kind enough to make sure my toys worked properly before I left and showed me how to use them. Its also I little less expensive than Hollywood Hustler...this is my 5th time in that store and I've haven't had an upset yet……………update 11/1/22 they no longer offer video rentals….stopped it almost 2 yrs ago!!! They do have videos you can purchase tho!"

"Destiny was so sweet! When I came in she very nicely asked me to set my bag on the counter and made sure to explain it was just because of some recent thefts! She asked me if there was anything she could help with and proceeded to help me find some lingerie! She asked what colors I like and asked if I’d be open to other colors because she thought one would look good on me! Was just super nice and we had a great little chat!!"

"the shop has so much to choose from, the guy was very kind & helpful, even pointing us towards cheaper options and better options even explaining why the product was worth it or wasn't. I'm not necessarily new to the scene, so it was nice to see that customer service wasn't trying to upsell just because. the products recommended genuinely were better & priced lower. Will be coming back."
