"Customer for over 7 years and have never been called to be checked on once. I was not informed when old agent retired and daughter took his place. When my new insurance agency e-mailed and faxed multiple times, a week in advance for cancellation, they never responded. When I called on the phone, they were oblivious to these requests and she was out of the office. They had no idea I was trying to cancel. It's an inconvenience to everyone's time. I jumped through their hoops like a farm animal and to add insult to injury: they make you come into office to physically sign documents in this day and age. "We have customer's buy cars and dealerships call us and we have no idea." This is the kind of business they run at KY Farm so don't be a sheep and goat somewhere else."
