KidStrong Cedar Park is a science-based kids training program located at 3219 East Whitestone Boulevard in Cedar Park, Texas. Our goal is to help parents raise strong, confident, high-character kids through movement and fun. Our weekly 45-minute classes focus on character, physical, and brain development. Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to help kids win at life by improving mental development, problem-solving, creativity, physical literacy, strength, and athleticism. KidStrong Camp offers kids the opportunity to make lifelong friendships, learn new skills, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories. While we can't promise superhero abilities or flying, we are committed to unlocking the power within each child. Our parent-focused program is led by certified coaches in clean, modern centers. "We love KidStrong Cedar Park! Our child has been attending for two years now and absolutely loves it! We all look forward to KidStrong classes and events! The staff are always extremely kind and work very well with children! Our sons favorite coaches are Coach Emily and Coach Q! The facility is always very clean and sanitized. Our child continues to learn so much about his physical strength and continues to develop new skills. We greatly appreciate the work and skills that the coaches/mentors instill within our child such as public speaking, confidence, strength, social skills, new languages (i.e.; spanish), team building, making friends, learning his body and muscles, etc. The list goes on! "We’ve only been attending KidStrong for three months, but our two kids absolutely love their weekly class. I’ve seen them challenge themselves and push to do new things, and they leave every class sweaty and tired. The best part of KidStrong is the coaches.
