"Ky CareSource breached my information. The therapist in Telecom are not compassionate at least 2 I talk too."
"If I could rate them with negative stars I would!! DO NOT select Caresource as your insurance provider!! They are horrible!! Paid premium for January as they requested then when I need to use the insurance in January they demand payment for February in order to activate my plan!! It's not even Feb yet and the premium for Feb isn't due until Feb 12th according to THEIR INVOICE. This was never disclosed and here we are with Jan premium paid and ZERO insurance for Jan. I've had to cancel several appointments and can't get important medication for my son or myself due to their incompetent and rude customer service. Today someone transferred me to Humana in order to service my Caresource account - naturally they could not assist. They refuse to refund my money or apply the money I've paid them to Feb. Again, DO NOT SELECT THIS AS YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER!!!!! Update: just spoke with supervisor who said I'm not eligible to file a grievance because I'm not an "active" member but I guess I am eligible enough for them to take my money and ask for more. SMH"
"My call with Sylvia today was, by far, the worst customer service call I have had with any company, spanning any industry. I was incorrectly charged a premium for a CareSource plan I cancelled nearly a year ago and no longer have a valid customer account. When I referenced the email CareSource sent me and asked what the invoice was for and how much it equaled, Sylvia became immediately condescending and told me to "just read the invoice, it says it there." I reiterated that I cannot access the invoice to which she replied "Well, it is just your premium. It *equals* whatever that is, understand?" My coverage period with CareSource was fairly uneventful, but this limited interaction with customer service has made sure I will never use them again if at all possible."
"Loved The experience so much! I have no complaints and my family members have none either. We had to go there for EKGs for our primary care physicians to verify we were okay on a medications everything was going smooth just basically a routine check up every 6 months that we do with that. But the staff was so welcoming, explaining everything we asked, they did it very efficiently and effectively. Me n one other family member, so there we're two of them also so, they got me in front of them at one of their PC's and the other one did the same and it was very very quick intake. They did great jobs ."
"I'm a doctor and this is truly the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. We bill claims and they don't respond to the claims. If you are a diabetic, they will not pay for many procedures or services for you. Since they don't respond to claims, I had to send state complaints on them for no response but then denying because of timely! I even had the sales rep handling some of the claims, call my office trying to make herself an appointment but changed her appointment at least 10 times. Then called to cancel because she stated that she called her insurance and they stated we didn't take "Aetna Better Health" but she only asked if we took Kentucky Medicaid? So, trying to make trouble for my office because I filed a state complaint on them! And they still haven't resolved the complaint after 6 months. I will file anther on the first complaint and other claims not paid for Diabetic patients! DO NOT, pay for this insurance! They will not pay the claims..."
