"Me and my wife cannot say enough good things about The Woodlands Montessori. My daughter attended this school for more than two years and our experience with the whole staff (Director, admin team, teachers) has always been very positive. It might sound cliche, but it is true for this school: the staff here really care about the kids and the families, and you can see that when you drop your kids, when you get updates, when there are updates or the usual tiny issues. Even while the 2021 freeze they had damage in the kitchen, they arranged to have the kids temporarily into another school for two weeks while fixing the facilities. In particular Ms. Chan is an amazing teacher, she goes above and beyond teaching her students and preparing them for real life, not only pure academics but other important topics such as respect, kindness, and setting boundaries with other kids when needed. She worked with us and provided continuous feedback. We feel our daughter has made a great progress and we always left her with great peace of mind, knowing she was being taken well care of and educated. And, ultimately, that is the most important thing you can ask from a school. We’d give 15 stars if we could."

"Our two kiddos attended The Woodlands Montessori from March 2021 until we moved out of the area this month (July 2022). During a challenging pandemic period when all facilities struggled to retain employees, I felt my children were safe and well-cared for at The Woodlands Montessori. Beyond basic needs, our kiddos came home singing educational songs, discussing geography, and asking great questions. I loved hearing what they learned about!"

"I sent my 4 year old with Ms Meher. The Montessori is hands down the best managed I have ever seen. You know they love their employees when they have more than 25 years with the school. The school is clean, playground and classroom are very well maintained. Kids come from diverse international backgrounds and represents a good microcosm of Houston/Woodlands. The Montessori curriculum is awesome for a child’s overall development."

"Both our daughters went to this Montessori and we loved it. The teachers are very experienced, dedicated, knowledgeable and kind and this school has very little turnover. Through their engaging education and loving environment, our daughters developed more independence, self esteem, curiosity, responsibility and eagerness to learn. The teachers always challenged them at the right level while also giving them plenty of opportunity to enjoy when they mastered new skills. Besides regular school program they offer plenty of activities and a fantastic summer program. Highly recommended!!"

"What learning style is better suit my kid? The Montessori way of getting messy and learn through play or academic based programs that focus more on pre-literacy and math...or both? Is there any way to weave in academics, but still appeal to children's interest at age three or four? These are the very first questions that I got when looking for school for our son until I found The Woodlands Montessori. At The Woodlands Montessori, children are exposed to selected learning toys which helps stimulate their brains on math, art, science, literacy and geography... The class is organized in such a way that older kids could help younger ones. This allows the older ones re-enforce and own what they have learned and the younger ones learn from their peers. This also helps with creating teamwork and communications. I appreciate the fact that kids are introduced with self-help activities at the very early ages like setting up table, cleaning up after themselves... This helps them build their responsibilities and appreciations for others. I can just go on and on about the benefits of Montessori concepts. However, what we love most about the school is the fact that the teachers are always strive to form a strong bond with the kids. They pay close attention to each kid and have frequent communications with their parents, which makes it easier for us to follow and be hands-on with play-based activities with our son at home. Besides all the year round activities, during summer, teachers also introduce extra STEM experiments and fun non academic programs to the kids. We love the fact that our son always come home in excitement and ready to learn more!!! He even teaches us new things we've never heard off!! I can never praise enough about this school, the teachers, about their cares and what they've done to prepare our son academically and socially. We love The Woodlands Montessori and are happy to find it for our son. I highly recommend them with all my heart."
