"My daughter attended this school for a short 4 months. We loved everything about this school. The teachers were kind, the instruction was in spanish, and they used an app to update me daily on diapers and pictures of my kid. Unfortunately, on December 6th, my daughter came home with poop residue on her labia/vagina area. I checked the app and noticed a poopy diaper at 11am and a pee diaper at 1:30pm. The next day, I went in person to talk to the supervisor, Mary, which she told me she would talk to the teachers and get back to me. Later that day, the Teacher Coordinator called me back and said her teachers didn’t do it and that she “trusted her teachers” and for me to check with the nanny. I tried explaining to her that I have cameras inside my house and that my nanny didn’t touch a diaper until 4pm (which is when she called me to show me the poop residue). The teacher coordinator kept blaming my nanny and so I decided to end the call. At that moment, I knew I had to pull my daughter out of school so I called headquarters. I must note that headquarters was extremely helpful. They listened to my concern, they gave me the option to put my daughter in another classroom, they waved my 30day notice but most importantly, they confirmed they were going to re-train the teachers at this school on diaper changes. The way they handled this matter was exactly what I was expecting from the school supervisor. It was unfortunate that my concern was dismissed by this Teacher Coordinator and that Mary (the supervisor) delegated this health concern to a subordinate. I am leaving a 1-Star review to ensure this health concern gets documented since I was told I was the first parent ever experiencing a concern like this."
