"First time visitor to this specific wing, first time patient for my daughter. Finding out gender of baby today, told that she can only bring back 1 guest. I do not in any shape or form appreciate the suit wearing, corner office having jerk who implemented this policy keeping me from literally a once in a lifetime moment. I hope you are never forced to miss out on any family or parenting moments like this by a petty tyrant administrator, but if or when you do I hope you're intelligent enough to realize the sheer number of people you caused that pain to. QUIT MESSING WITH FAMILIES."

"I’ll give two stars because the rest of the staff was incredibly kind but the nursing manager is completely rude with a snide attitude. I specifically asked when scheduling my appointment if I could bring my son, and I was told yes. If I had not asked prior I would have taken responsibility that it was our error and rolled with my husband not being back and seeing our daughter…but I made it a point to specifically ask if I could bring him to the appointment and pulled him from school to see his sister. She told me if my husband wasn’t there that my son could come back but since he was there that he needs to watch him and leave. Uh, what? It was mainly her uncaring attitude and demeanor that was most upsetting…like we had done something wrong when it was the staff who told me the wrong information. Unprofessional! She eventually caved with a VERY rude smart Alec attitude that she’d see us…most certainly pushing for me to snap and say something to her but I ignored her comments to see our daughter. The tech who preformed the ultrasound was absolutely sweet as can be and extremely kind. If the manager lacks empathy, she shouldn’t work in the field she’s in."

"Slow, while the nurses were apologetic and kind, the doctor could have cared less. I had a 9am appointment, I checked in 10 minutes early. I was finally triaged at 9:55, brought into a room at 10:15, scan completed by ultrasound tech at 10:45, I waited for the dr until 11 when I had to leave for my own job. I said I was leaving and the dr took me into a room, not to cover my visit, but to tell me about Maternal Fetal Medicine. I received no additional details about my scan from the dr, and then had to leave. I had to take my work meetings from my car with my signal going in and out. They shouldn’t book appointments if they can’t get to them within the hour."

"I have never felt a more warm welcoming environment. If you're getting a ultrasound, Tracy was absolutely amazing, compassionate, caring, excited, and full of information! Couldn't have expected anything better."

"I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff and provider. I had to wait a while before my provider saw me, but she was very kind, introduced herself, sat down explained why I was referred to high risk, then asked me what I understood, and what questions I had. Then we spoke about what we would monitor, what procedures would be available if necessary, and the details of those procedures. I think she noticed I was nervous, (I kind of went on about other random things) and she just listened. I will repeat, she just listened and shared those moments with me. I am a healthcare professional, I have high expectations, they were more than met. Thank you for making a visit that was already surrounded in anxiety, a much easier and smooth appointment. I truly felt cared for."
