"Do not enroll your child/children here! I enrolled my son here and it was horrific. The employees are not trained or certified except for the owner. My son's grandmother dropped him off one morning and one of the employees came downstairs in her pajamas as if she was sleeping/living at the facility cops were called about the situation and had to remove her from the daycare. My son has seizures and the owner and employees know that he has it from filling out the paperwork when he was enrolled. I picked my son up one night after work and when I went inside to get him from his classroom he was lying on the floor burning up because he had a fever the teachers in the classroom just looked dumbfounded like they didn't know what was wrong with him. They didn't notify me he was sick and didn't take his temperature or anything. I had to take my son that night to the emergency room because he had a 105 fever and started having seizures which could have been prevented if the employees had done their job! He could have even had a seizure at the daycare but the employees probably didn't even notice because they aren't trained or certified. I will be reporting Brainy Kids Place to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) and Texas Health and Human Services. This daycare needs to be shut down for child neglect!"

"Please see the other review that are below 3 stars. Originally came here because it was so close to my daughter’s school and thought it was the perfect arrangement. The staff is amazing and I’m sad my son won’t be returning. Elizabeth is a very ruthless and heartless person; my family fell down to a one income household while having a newborn. I pulled my son out because we were unable to keep paying the tuition.. instead of working with me she consistently charged my account for late fees and tried to pull the payment every week and took $$ out of our rent $$ right before thanksgiving. Like other commenters have said, she’s not fit for this position and should probably not be working with children. Don’t bring your child here, ever."

"I love the teachers, assistant director and my kids love it here. The reason we are giving it three stars is because of the director. She needs to work on her people skills and communication. Going back and forth to try and prove your point is disrespectful, lacks moral, and rude."

"We found Brainy Kids in December 2022 when we were frantically trying to find a new one for our soon-to-be toddler. Our old daycare was raising their rates to an infeasible amount, so we were tasked with finding a new one before the new semester started. My husband and I are both middle school music teachers, so we needed a place that was reasonably priced and had long hours. We set up a tour with Chelsea at Brainy Kids and we felt at home immediately. Chelsea was extremely welcoming and we felt at ease knowing she has her own children and was a former teacher. The staff communicate extremely well, and I know they always have our best interest in mind. My son has been in daycare since he was 2 months old, but he has learned more at Brainy Kids than he has anywhere else. It's not just childcare - they are committed to teaching children and building relationships with them. My son loves his teachers and I can tell they are invested in him as well. We are so thankful that we found Brainy Kids and we hope we can stay forever!"
