"I've been in this store probably 4 times and the staff is the most unhelpful and unprofessional I've encountered in a retail store. On two separate visits I asked if they had a certain product and both times was told they had "what is on the shelf". One time I didn't know the location of the product and there was no offer to help me find it. All though I live in Dripping Springs and always try to shop local, these guys shot themselves in the foot. I'll take my future business to a big box liquor store before I'll go back in this store."

"a little customer service goes a long way.... is it so hard to great your customers when they come into the store or checkout? Not one word was spoken nor eye contact made during the transaction. He ripped the card out of my hand then slammed the receipt down for me to sign. Again no eye contact, no thanks for coming in, have a nice day... nothing. such a strange experience"
