"My son has been at Primrose for over a year, and has moved up through two classes. The administration is welcoming, and caring. His classroom teachers love and cherish him as if he were their own blood. I was so worried about putting him in daycare, but he loves going to school each day! I get pictures of him learning and playing with friends, and updates daily about what he is learning in class. I would recommend primrose of Keller over and over!"

"My child went here for some time. You will think for the amount of money you paid and the area this school is located should be an upstanding childcare/ school facility. Unfortunately is not since kids are getting hurt constantly and not even letting the parents know. My child went from liking the school to not wanted to be there anymore. He was bully by other classmate and he was not the only one. Since he was little he was not able to communicate well but we notice all the bites and nail scratches on his body. I understand this things could happen but if they don’t do anything about it is not okay. Also my child is learning so much more in his new school since is more an Academy approach instead of a child care approach Primrose School of Keller uses."

"We have had both of our sons in this school for the better part of 4 years now. We moved away briefly and found that even other Primrose schools aren’t as friendly and well run as this location. The teachers have very low turnover and have all been great."

"We’ve been primrose parents for years up to this point. Started out a decent school, but after the VP left things changed. Turnover in the teachers + less structure = chaotic class rooms. Additionally, accountability issues have been some of the problems as well as inconsistencies from one class to the next. Unfortunately, If you bring it up, be prepared for the owners to blame you and your child, or make excuses. Infact, the owners dug up anything not to consider possible internal problems. Eventually my kid was targeted and could do no right. Some teachers even changed their stories in reporting things. The school overall has potential to be what it was; it just might take time."
