"If you are breastfeeding your little one and have any concerns come to this office and request Alecia! Saw Alecia for a lactation consult (my baby isn’t even a patient at Norton healthcare) because my 2mos old was dropping percentiles in weight. She took her time with evaluated latch, pump fit and my baby to make sure everything was good. Then discussed ways to improve milk out put and maintain a milk supply while returning to work. It was nice to see a IBLCL that is also a provider, I felt that having the perspective of both professions allowed me and my baby to be thoroughly evaluated and suggestions made incorporated both professions knowledge."
"Excellent pediatricians, incompetent billing staff. Must be short clinical staff as well. You'll be seen late, even if you schedule an early morning appointment. Don't be surprised if you peak out and see a nurse's aid on their phone while you wait for them to bring your kid's vaccines in. This office in particular is bad about using codes that won't be covered under preventative visits. Have had repeated problems over the past few years w/ bringing my children in for preventative visits that our plan covers. Then a surprise bill comes in because whomever choses which codes to bill choses those that are not covered under preventative care. Couldn't recommend when this was a UofL group. Gave them another shot when they switched to Norton. Unfortunately, it's still a dumpster fire."
"There isn’t time when you are not waiting more than an hour to get seen. By that time our kids are freaking out. Some of the nurses are not friendly with the kids, and rough with the shots. It doesn’t matter if the doctors are great, the place is terrible. Also they never call back if you asking them even your kid is really sick."
"Terrible experience overall. Dirty. Very slow. Rude staff. They treated my daughter rough, she was 3. Missed covid when my son was sick. Please take your children elsewhere."
