She schedules me on days my therapist is out of the office, Schedules my telehealth visits as in person when I have no car to get there, and schedules visits I don't want without me asking this has resulted in me almost getting kicked out of this clinic multiple times and fractionary care."

"I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But I should have reads the reviews first. First of all I was told back in June I had to wait until November to get in, but would have a diagnosis by the end of the year. I just went to my appointment this week and didn’t even see the actual doctor until the last 3 minutes of my 2 hour long appointment that was completed bu a student. She literally came in and said next is your detailed assessment in about a month and left the room. I get a call back saying they can’t see me until March of next year! That was a total waste of money for me. Not to mention the receptionist were soo rude! UK Healthcare board NEEDS to look into this office and hold leadership accountable. Next is Lex 18 and/or other media outlets for me. This is absurd and NOT what UK Healthcare represents. They need to terminate Sandra Batsel-Thomas and whoever else is running that place, because this is a disgusting way to run healthcare-leaving patients feeling hopeless and extremely uncomfortable."
