I have called the office on a Saturday and she called me on a Saturday to make sure things were ok and that I didn't need anything immediately. She wants to treat you holistically and wants to treat you as a person, not a pill repository."

"I have visited Dr. Gupta on several occasions over the past 2 years and have always found her to be an intelligent and caring physician. Eack time that I needed to see her, I was able to make an appointment in a very short period of time. I have never had to wait more than a week to get in to see her. Likewise, when I arrived for the appointment there was hardly any wait time before seeing the good doctor. One time, I was having some throat issues and she was able to get me a referral on the very same day. This was very helpful to me. She is my primary physician and I will continue to keep her. Frankly, I am not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about, since they offer no specifics and fail to disclose their name. I am sure if Dr. Gupta's office was aware of this person's bad experience, they would try to rectify it quickly. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Dr. Gupta as a primary care physician."
"This place is one of the worst doctor's offices I've ever been to. They are belittling and unhelpful. They make up answers to your health issues and/or will prescribe you incorrect medicine without helping you figure out the issue through an actual conversation. The nurses are slow and rude, in addition they will not listen to anything you say but instead just start sticking needles in you. If you like to be informed about your health in order to solve problems (instead of acerbating them), then run as far away from this psuedo-doctor's office as you can. If like to feel stupid and abused, then please call to make an appointment (or rather just go in as a walk-in)! Peace."
