"**Please be advised** My child started coming home with bruises on her upper arms, hands, chest, and wrists. I remember one incident where she had a pink heart drawn on the back of her hand. When bath time came I washed it off to reveal an ugly bite mark. When I brought it up to the directors sister she dismissed it saying none of her staff would cover a bite with marker and maybe my daughter drew the heart. My child was 3 going on 4. No way she could of drawn that heart.i have multiple photos of the bruises that she would come home with. As if the staff was holding her in place, or grabbing her. I tried to pull her out of the daycare only for the director to ask me to give them another chance. The director told me they did let a teacher go due to situations with her, but I don’t believe she ever reported that to the childcare licensing board. I was paying out of pocket for them to watch my child as I worked, only for her to come home scared, mistreated and bruised. After I gave them another chance I returned my daughter after a week vacation. The same day she went back was the last day. She came home that evening with the veins in her wrist black blue, as if someone squeezed both of her hands hard. I felt so bad for trusting this place with my child. They blamed my mother for the bruises saying maybe when she picked up my kid she was causing them. Lies. Cover ups. Luckily the new daycare facility I have enrolled my child into has great patiences and open communication with families. I actually told them of my experience with Learning stars and they are assisting me with filing a formal complaint on this company for the bruises I have pictures of, and the director and her sister not filing a complaint on the staff member they fired, or informing the families of discrepancies. Please check your children when you send them to this facility. Watch their demeanor around the staff. Replying to the response.. no point in harassing my phone with calls about my HONEST review about my childs experience. Only reason I waited to make a review was because I did not know the correct way with filing a complaint and the facility we work with today is assisting me in all of this. Their is not a limitation for filing a complaint so hence the time frame. I too have text and screenshots and images and the video of my mother guiding my child out of your center. The director specifically told me the let go of an employee.. possibly the one who’s writing her review about working with such a company. So to say you did not fire an employee while one is leaving nasty reviews shows again a lie to cover up a lie. Please do not harass me about my review again. I have nothing to discuss and my complaint has been made. Please get your facility in order. Do not harass the parents who leave reviews."

"A fantastic child care facility! My little one went through two other day cares before we found Little Stars. I took him out of both previous facilities after he reported very questionable and concerning treatment. We spent about 3 years at Little Stars with no issues whatsoever, only leaving when we leveled up to kindergarten. The only negative review he gave was that he had to take a nap. The best review that he and I can give is that my little one is extremely selective with who he hugs but he loved giving hugs to every staff member at Little Stars. And on top of all of that they are very reasonably priced. I can't recommend them enough!"

"I went here when I was little. It’s not good. I remember one time the teachers threatened to cut all my fingers off with a paper cutter. I remember another time one of the teachers threatened to cut kids tongues off. I also remember when a girl got lice, she gave it to us and the teachers went ahead and put mayonnaise on our hair without telling our parents or anything. I wouldn’t even think about bringing your kid here, because the teachers for 1. Aren’t trained professionals and just let the kids go in and out of the classrooms. And for 2. It was very dirty there, nobody properly cleaned anything. I also remember we had mud day. Which is a day where we play with mud and stuff like that. Well a big kid threw mud at my eye. The teachers really didn’t do anything about it. I was in pain and all they did was yell at me because I was crying."

"In the 4 years my children have been going to daycare this is the first center I’ve not had a issue with. The director and Assistant are beyond commutative. They also are beyond amazing on accommodating for your child. Their staff is amazing! As a mom of a child who does therapy and has learning difficulties and it makes it hard to be in social situations I greatly appreciate everything they do! I will always speak volumes about this center!"

"Highly recommend Little Stars!! My nephew started there not to long ago and he loves. The staff is wonderful and my nephew just adores them. My nephew is 3 and is very shy around other people, but the staff welcomed him and has helped him out a lot. They even helped us out big time with potty training!! The other day my nephew didn’t even want to leave to go home. If you’re looking for great and affordable childcare, Little Stars is where you need to go.."
