"Dr Lanham was awesome, she explains very thoroughly and the staff practiced Covid19 safety in a great way. I appreciate the whole staff so much for their concern and safety, I highly recommend this group, thanks. Update June 2022: Just had my 6 month checkup and as usual Dr Lanham was awesome, I like he very much and imma not let her leave this office for sure. The other girls there have also been great and the interns are have been very knowledgeable and friendly, Thanks guys"
"I saw the retina surgeon recently. Thank goodness she is a surgeon because her bedside manner was garbage. She has absolutely zero compassion. I will NEVER go to or recommend a Bennett and Bloom office based on my last two visits with this provider. The first visit with the provider was not pleasant but I chalked it up to a bad day but this visit takes the cake. I left the appointment in tears even though I received good news. The front desk girls were very pleasant and some of the techs were pleasant but it doesn’t make up for the lack of bedside manner from the provider! Never again!!"
"Had my first visit this week. Very impressed! I was very nervous about having eye surgery...they took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns! They made me feel more at ease about it. Overall it was a great experience...all the staff were professional yet friendly and I very much appreciate that! Would recommend them to family and friends!"
"I have had a really great experience with the exception of two staff who who were really rude. The policy of having someone comeback with you should be enforced at all locations. A special thank you and kindness to Dr. Mcworder and Dr. Lanum. Both of you are so kind , compassionate and caring. Thank you for all you do to help your patients.
