"This office scheduled us with a doctor that our insurance takes in office but not for surgery. So now that my child needs surgery we have to start all over again with another doctor in office. They won’t let us forward on the recommendation to someone else. So our wait time to be seen by the last doctor was completely worthless. We were supposed to be able to get surgery within a month and now we’re looking at 2-3. My child is in constant pain, it’s unacceptable. Furthermore, when I called the “medical question” line to ask about at home remedies to help relieve pain in the meantime she told me I would have to wait to be seen because they can’t give out medical help over the phone? What is the point of allowing us to speak to a nurse with medical questions if you won’t offer help? They’re just trying to get you back into their office to charge insurance again. It’s ridiculous."

"My son and I both see Dr. Gould and it’s always been a good experience. There is barely a wait to get checked in and the front office staff are efficient and answer all questions and are FRIENDLY. This is both offices at Breckinridge and Brownsboro. We never had to wait more than 10-15 min maybe even less to get called back and once back there we didn’t wait long for Dr. Gould who is so nice and smart and you can tell he really cares about my son and trying to figure out why he coughs all the time. So we are doing allergy testing. The follow up testing and exam were all scheduled conveniently for my work schedule and gave us the handouts for the tests. If you’re looking for an ENT doctor I would highly recommend to see Dr.Gould. He will take such good care of you and the medical professionals at these offices are amazing and kind and take such good care of their patients."

"I'm giving three stars because I like Grace the PA. I started here because I was having sinus issues and this is where my doctor referred me. Dr. Gould was honestly just very short and brisk. I got scheduled for a series of allergy appointments, and then suddenly started receiving text reminders for random days. So when I called, I found out that some had been cancelled and then they just rescheduled me. Without calling me. You do realize people have to work, right? And request time off? Very unprofessional. Especially since my appointment that was for tomorrow had been cancelled. I have to drive thirty minutes to get there, that would have been awful to have gotten there, just to find out it was cancelled. Plus, I received a claim from my insurance for a visit that has not occurred and I definitely wasn't at. My insurance is now having to request the records to dispute it. Just saying... Pre-billing for a visit or services is fraud. I've cancelled all of my appointments and I'll be going to a new ENT to go over my allergy issues."

"Wonderful experience at a new patient appointment today for my young child. Madison listened to all our concerns carefully, answered all our questions thoroughly, and was so kind and helpful with my child. And the woman who did the hearing test put my child at ease immediately and was vibrant and fun, making the hearing test process a breeze. Everyone we encountered treated us with kindness and respected my child as if he was adult, talking to him and asking him questions to help him feel at ease. Highly recommend this practice!"
