"at first service was good- until covid hit and they reordered our allergy shot stuff when we didn't ask for it. he diagnosed me with alpha gal. which my doctor had already done that thru a blood test. what he failed to do was test me for mcas. which I have. so I went 2 more years thinking just allergic to mammal- when I was really allergic to cleaning products ect...people get a mcas test if you have alpha gal and shocks in your temples and eyes..."
"I was a patient years ago. Shots werent helping so I quit going. A few years later I decided to go back. This was the time they when they "changed ha ds" & achieved a new name. When I was told to co tinue my albuterol & i haler, I was stunned nonetheless, since Ive NEVER used those things in my life & have NEVER been diag osed such. Come to find out, records were "mixed up" when the "changing of hands" took place. HOW DANGEROUS ! After calling triage (which is what I was told to do) 2x, my records were NEVER fixed. I havnt been back !!"
