"If I could put zero stars I would. I’ve been here since 7:20pm and it’s 10:19pm, I’m waiting in here with my son who has an earache and all I hear are the night nurses laughing, extremely loud. Being super inconsiderate of the parents who have been waiting here for hours with sick children, frustrated while waiting for hours already I got curious and checked my sons ear and clearly saw fluid in his ear, when the male Dr came in he said “unfortunately I can’t see in his ear because he has wax build up” I was like ummmm, I just checked and I saw fluid in his ear, he says oh really? mind you he then asks “what did the fluid in his ear smell like?” Umm, doc, I have no idea, I didn’t pull it out to sniff it. My son was in excruciating pain from his ear ache and he said that he supposed he can prescribe antibiotic because the opposite ear looked “kind of red”. I denied the swabs to he done because he just got over the flu. It was obvious that he still had a cough from the after affect of the flu (two weeks ago) and had drainage in his nose and a wet cough that led to his ear infection. It’s now 10:42pm and I’m finally home! I’ll add that this is the first time this has happened where I have to take my son it at night, the male Dr they have at night is TERRIBLE! Why stay open until 9 if they can’t handle the flow? So Im home now, and unfortunately all the pharmacy’s are closed now and I have a child with an ear ache! The day drs and nurses are good though I’ve never had issues like this!"

"I took my baby there tonight and waited 2 hours. We were taken to a back room about 20 minutes after signing up. In the back, we got switched rooms three times and no one bothered to triage my baby. I decided to leave because no one knew the reason we were there because they didn’t bother checking in. When leaving, the medical assistant stated that we would be next to be triaged after what seemed to be as if we were the last ones there. The medical assistant also told me I could make an appointment to be seen. We left without being seen by a provider."

"Do not even bother bringing your child here as too, "there is too many patients for the provider" and they will send you away denying services to your children. Even if you're child has a fever and nausea/vomiting. They are denying our children. Last I came there was a 5 hour wait! Their response to you is for you to take your child to er. Honestly, it probably would have been faster to just go there. I would have left 0 stars, but the reviews make you leave at least one. We will be finding another provider."

"I would give it 0 stars if I could. They turn patients away mind you we called to verify they were gonna be open they said yes until 4pm. Got there well before 4pm at about 3pm they opened from lunch at 2pm. I showed up they said they couldn’t see patients anymore and they were closed. The sign was on and the door was unlocked. They stated they don’t know who gave me the 4pm time. They said they had 20 patients ahead but there was only 2 people there. The worst thing about it is that they were laughing the whole time I was asking who told me 4pm! They are very unprofessional and I do not recommend period. Don’t give this clinic your business. They know nothing about respecting their loyal patients that have been with them for years!!"

"Seriously they are open but can't take anyone due to not having a provider. Your a clinic someone should always be available. Definitely gonna transfer my daughter. Already transfered my boys to Valley Children's Clinic they are great. Gonna wait till the end of the month and then transfer my daughter. Would have given Zero Stars but couldn't."
