"I have been using this pharmacy for my mothers medication for the past year. The pharmacy staff were nice and easy to communicate with. Over the past 3 months, that has drastically changed. The pharmacy staff is inconsiderate and no communication skills at all! When I speak to anyone at the pharmacy, they act like I am inconveniencing them by calling. I am always on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes and lately it has been 10 minutes on hold. I don't know what happened to the staff that cared about doing their job but the new pharmacy staff is not good. In addition to the staff being bad, you can no longer be able to us GoodRX for prescribed over the counter medications and need additional information for medication orders that were never needed a month ago. This is what I have been dealing with over the course of the past two weeks. Please get better staff who care about their patrons. It is not like we choose to need medication. It is medically needed so show some grace, Please."

"BE CAREFUL FILLING MEDICINE HERE. LOOK AT THE EXPIRATION DATE. My husband had a prescription filled here. A couple of days later her was not getting any better. He was looking at the medicine and saw the bottle expired on Aug. 9, 2023. I was told to take the medicine in. When he did hecwas told it is good a year after the expiration date. 0told to bring it in. We did only to be told it's good afte"

"I wanted to share my experience with a recent visit. Our son required a strep test, and we were initially informed that the cost for testing and prescription would be $139. The staff recommended making an appointment to expedite the process instead of opting for a walk-in visit. However, upon returning for our scheduled appointment, we were surprised to learn that the price had increased to $350, excluding medication. In comparison, the urgent care center in the rim charges $225 for a comprehensive visit. I believe it's important to provide feedback on our experiences to help improve the services offered."

"I had a scheduled appointment for a flu shot. My appointment was at 12:30 and I checked in online and at the counter and the gentleman told me to have a seat and they will be with me. At 12:50, 20 mins later I went back to counter and asked the same gentleman what the ETA on vaccine. He responded by saying did you check in!!! Yes sir you checked me in, oh the system hasn’t approved your claim and it’s still thinking it will be another 30 mins later. Im so disappointed with CVS. So many elderly people go in there and if this happen to my mother or grandmother I would be angry. I left and went to H‑E‑B pharmacy and they took me right away!!"

"Waited about half an hour for my husband’s prescriptions. Went back to the window and they said it still wasn’t ready, which was odd because it’s just flonase and an inhaler and the prescriptions were put in a while earlier. I waited a bit longer before I paid and went home. When I parked I checked the bag only to see that they didn’t give me his inhaler! So I went back to CVS for the second medication and while I’m driving back, my husband tries to call the pharmacy to get ahold of someone. I paid and received the 2nd medication and went home again. My husband tells me when I get home that they didn’t use the insurance for the OTC medication which we should’ve paid a lower amount for, only the inhaler, and he never got ahold of a person through the phone to bring this up. Very disappointed because I’ve had no issues with this pharmacy prior to this moment."
