"This is now Hands of Healing Shelter- I was a case manager here where I got a lot of experience. Unfortunately the program director is not the very best personally nor professionally. Many people were let go due to unfair reasons such as no guidance or direction. The higher ups such as assistant program director as well did not know ORR and the work that clinicians, case managers, and leads do. HR never got back addressing these issues. I met very talented colleagues who were not able to meet their full potential because of this. Hopefully they get better in the future, the only ones that suffer because of this are the children and families being helped."
