"When I first called Macarena Chavez back in August 2023, she convinced me to leave my son all day with them, since they have the PSJA program, to teach pre k4. Right after my kid started this year in sept my kid had 2 incidents at the school I decided to take him to the public school that my 4 year old was going to start, after telling that to Mrs Chavez, she said that they don’t pick up at that school. So to make her life easier I decided to simply remove my child completely from there, after only going one month. I spent over $200.00 on school supplies, and all they gave back were some crayons, markers, wipes and white papers. Nothing else. What happened the rest of the supplies, they were all used in the 20 days that my child was there? Other than that they never told me when, how, or why my kid had those injuries on his face, when I asked, no one told me what happen, and up to this day I’m waiting."

"From the age of 6 months my daughter attended this daycare until she went to Kindergarten. Since I entered the toddler area, they always gave me a report on when she ate and what she ate and when they changed her diaper and if she missed 1 or 2 and even the texture in case she had diarrhea was already in her report. Each class is by age. The teachers are excellent, the Owner is always preparing herself with courses, classes and Diplomas to make her daycares better and better. It is not just any daycare, here they take care of them very well and they even teach them many things, they always have a schedule because it is very important to have a schedule for the children (lunch, dinner, food, break to go out and play, etc.) Now my The girl is 8 and my boy also attended this daycare. They kept me informed of everything, even sending me photos, and they have an online portal to know everything the toddlers do. I changed my child to the daycare that is closer to my house but it is still the same owner and same name precisely because it is closer and I couldn't give you any complaints about these two daycares. They are great. Mis. Macarena, Mis,July and Mis.Nelly are my trusted people when it comes to trusting the most sacred thing I have, which is my children."

"I took my daughter here two days being her first daycare, I was really scared to leave her. The transition from home to daycare was horror. She came back hitting us. They forced her to take nap time. The times I would drop her off I had to wait behind a door. I thought that was suspicious, so I opened the door, and she was balling with mucus all over her cheeks. She was all sweaty. They gave me a napkin to clean her !!! Why didn’t they do that when I wasn’t there. I had never seen her so upset. Now she doesn’t want to carry that backpack nor go near it! Kids are really smart even though my 2 year cant talk her actions tell me that’s was not a good place. Sometimes these daycares only have the name!! Thank god I found a different daycare this one we have to have a code to be able to go in. The other one anyone can go in. They also give me a report of how many times she’s been changed what she eats etc. I can see her when I pick her up through a window each class has and her own lunchroom. I don’t mind paying a little extra for my kids well being!!! Till this day I have not received a call why she didn’t come back, yeah because they sure know why!!"
