"We called for service and spoke with Amy, who was incredible and super nice. She informed us of the price to receive the propane, which we said we would talk it over and decide when to get service since Christmas is coming up. Amy told us we could go ahead and have the propane delivered and since Christmas is coming, we could hold off on paying the invoice until after Christmas. Everything was set, and great until the morning of our service when we received a call from Barbara. Barbara was rude on the phone, telling us that we were wrong and that payment would be due at the time of service. She made us feel as if we were wrong for "asking" to pay for the service later, when in fact we didn't ask, it was offered, by Amy. We would have no problem paying for the service the day of, but due to the rude customer service from Barbara, we will go elsewhere for our propane. 5 stars for Amy, 1 for Barbara."
