"When I first called Macarena Chavez back in August 2023, she convinced me to leave my son all day with them, since they have the PSJA program, to teach pre k4. Right after my kid started this year in sept my kid had 2 incidents at the school I decided to take him to the public school that my 4 year old was going to start, after telling that to Mrs Chavez, she said that they don’t pick up at that school. So to make her life easier I decided to simply remove my child completely from there, after only going one month to the daycare. I spent over $200.00 on school supplies, and all they gave me back were some crayons, markers, wipes and white papers. Nothing else. What happened the rest of the supplies, they were all used in the 20 days that my child was there? Other than that they never told me when, how, or why my kid had those injuries on his face, when I asked, no one told me what happen, and up to this day I’m waiting."
